Getting control of PMT and vPvM substances under REACH

The German Environment Agency (UBA) and the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute (NGI) invites you to attend their joint workshop: Getting control of PMT and vPvM substances under REACH.

This workshop will feature case studies of selected, emerging PMT/vPvM substances that are attracting increasing attention (e.g., ChemSEC's SIN List).

Water suppliers are invited to present recent monitoring findings and related developments.

NGOs and scientists are invited to discuss their concerns and suggested solutions.
Chemical industry and downstream users are invited to showcase their stewardship initiatives to minimize
emissions and exposure.
Authorities are invited to discuss risk management options and future regulatory mechanisms.
In addition, UBA and NGI will present an updated list of substances registered under REACH which fulfill the PMT/vPvM criteria.

The workshop will take place on March 25-26, 2021, at noon CET in Berlin, Germany, or online if not possible to host a physical meeting.
