The two-day CLE program and networking event provides comprehensive industry updates on key trends and challenges in environmental law and is comprised of engaging sessions led by insurance professionals and legal thought leaders, including Scott and Tyler.
Scott and Tyler recently spoke at Perrin Conferences’ virtual PFAS Litigation and Regulatory Developments Conference held in February, which addressed current litigation and multi-district litigation, federal regulatory and state-level developments, PFAS consumer fraud, and unique PFAs claims, among other related topics.
