"Coterie Baby Inc., a self-described high-performance baby products company, convinced a federal judge to dismiss a proposed class action alleging it misled consumers by advertising its diapers were free from harmful chemicals despite containing PFAS.

Lead plaintiff Roz Saedi lacks standing because she didn’t adequately allege that the diapers she bought actually contained perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances, causing her to overpay for them based on the advertising, the US District Court for the Southern District of New York said Thursday."
