"The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency announced yesterday that initial reports under the state’s PFAS pollution prevention law will now be due on September 15, 2026, instead of July 1. The extension is intended to allow manufacturers additional time to utilize the MPCA’s upgraded reporting guide (which explains basic PRISM functions), supplemental guide (which explains certain reporting scenarios) and forthcoming how-to videos."
