"A Merrimack County judge has vacated a preliminary injunction previously granted to chemical company giant 3M, which sought to block the implementation of more protective PFAS standards.

Superior Court Judge Andrew Schulman issued his decision this week after the state attorney general’s office filed an expedited motion to vacate based on changed circumstances.

The attorney general’s office filed the motion on behalf of the N.H. Department of Environmental Services, which established new Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCLs) for four PFAS chemicals in 2019."
