[Public comment] Michigan’s proposed limits on PFAS in drinking water

The provisions include establishment of drinking water standards, sampling requirements, public notification requirements, and laboratory certification criteria for the following contaminants:
HFPO-DA: 370 ppt (ng/l)
PFBS: 420 ppt (ng/l)
PFHxS: 51 ppt (ng/l)
PFHxA: 400,000 ppt (ng/l)
PFNA: 6 ppt (ng/l)
PFOS: 16 ppt (ng/l)
PFOA: 8 ppt (ng/l)

Comments on the rules may be made in person at the hearing or by mail or electronic mail until January 31, 2020 at 5PM.
