[Public Comment] Proposed restriction of PFHxA, its salts and related substances

Germany has submitted a proposal to restrict the manufacture and commerce of undecafluorohexanoic acid (PFHxA), its salts and related substances.

This consultation is open from March 25 to September 25, 2020. ECHA’s scientific committees welcome early comments by May 13, 2020, to assist them in the first discussion of the proposal in June 2020. Consultations closes at 23:59 Helsinki time (EET)/ 2:59 PM PST.
