"DuPont agreed to a $27 million class action lawsuit settlement to resolve claims it contaminated drinking water in Hoosick Falls, New York, with perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA).
The DuPont settlement benefits individuals who lived in the Village of Hoosick Falls or the Town of Hoosick for at least six months between 1996 and 2016, drank water from a municipal water system or private well where PFOA was detected and had a blood serum test that detected a PFOA level above 1.86 µg/L.
Have you been diagnosed with kidney, testicular or liver cancer after drinking tap water at your home or work? You may have unknowingly been exposed to PFAS in drinking water. See if you qualify to join a class action investigation."
